I’ll try and do this each week :

  • Sunday :  10k Walk/Run – Marina/JBR Circuit
  • Monday : Body Pump Class #No1
  • Tuesday : 9k Walk/Run – Marina Circuit and 5k Beach Walk
  • Wednesday: Body Pump Class #No2 plus 45 minute swim
  • Thurs : Pilates Reformer Class
  • Friday : 5k Beach Walk
  • Saturday : 5k Walk/Run – Marina

This is the first real week at Pump using weights, I was really pleased at my progress between class 1 and 2 and feel that I’m gaining insite into how much weight I can lift for each set.
